Message From Shri Satishbhai Vithalani, President Shree Lohana Mahapraishad.

It is found that some of our lohana students has least or have no interest to complete their academic education, In such circumtances give encouragement to such lohana samaj students to complete academic education – SSC/HSC. and ask them to approach nearest Lohana samaj / Mahajan.

To cope with this situation Shree Lohana Mahaparishad have formed “SKILL AND PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE “

(1) Everyone of must have moral responsibility, that each Lohana student should complete SSC, Eventhough if some candidates are not willing to complete academic education up to SSC/HSC, Give proper information about multiple Non-academic Courses and Skills development programs that they can enrol after completing SSC.

(2) Eventhough if some candidates are not willing to complete academic education up to SSC/HSC , then arrange councilling of such candidates with skill development committee (whether online or offline). So that our Regional Committee can explore their abilities, willingness to learn, accordingly, we can provide handsfull of support and resources required to acquire non-academic skills, which would help them for better career & livelihood in society.

Why We Need Skill Development?

Due to lack of Support, necessary resources and skills set, some individuals/family of our lohana samaj are still strugling with their livelihood, to overcome this situation LMP has formed Skill & Personality Development committee.

  • We Help Students to choose the right career according to their willingness and abilitity to persue.
  • We guide to every age group to acquire new Skills of their choice & interest.
  • Provide Resources to acquire New Skills that make them livelihood.

How do we help to develop skills?

We Organise Online skill Development Seminars with help of motivational, charismatic speakers, Conduct regular campaign by industry Leaders & influencers.

  • By Conducting Online/Offline Skill Development Events and Seminars.
  • By Providing skills according to jobs and placements required by Industrial development corporations.
  • By Encouraging candidates to take advantages of govt schemes like PMKVY, NSDC , NULM, NDL etc & ensure the timely enrolments.

Who can take part in skill development programs?

Each & every member of Lohana community can be a part but must have an keen interest to participate.
  • Every Lohana, irrespective of age group, gender, whether housewife, doing job or having its own Business can join us.
  • Students who require guidance for their Non-Academic carreer can join
  • Lohana Samaj families having Strong desire to enhance their income source by developing their skills for better career in job or Business can join.
